Mr. Kleine Staarman essentially grew up in the automotive industry. He has a wide technical background acquired through education, work experience and passion for the industry. He is known for his hands-on approach, detailed knowledge of electronics and pioneering business instincts. With a keen eye for new business opportunities, he began in 2005 with the formation of the ACT-Group (ACtronics) which is Europe’s largest automotive electronic components remanufacturing group. ACtronics is based in 9 different European locations and provides its services to 24 European countries. In 2014 Mr. Kleine Staarman started the company ID4motion. This business manufactures bespoke interface solutions for the mobility industry. Finally, in 2017 he founded Alec GmbH. With an enlightened view on a changing market, he foresaw a future demand for a company specialising in the bulk remanufacturing of electronic components within automotive quality standards. His vision is to establish the first fully robotised electronic remanufacturing plant in order to supply the mobility industry. All of these companies benefit from each other’s knowledge obtained throughout the years.
